The Green Coffee Course is designed to further enrich knowledge based on the foundation of the Basic Green Coffee Course and equips students with the skills for more complex tasks in the professional green coffee course. The specifics are as follows:
a. In-depth study of botany and coffee cultivation science.
b. Detailed study of coffee cherry processing.
c. Defective beans and factors that influence bean selection.
d. Introduction to core elements in green coffee contracts.
f. Differences between classifying and assessing the actual quality of coffee versus contractual agreements.
g. Seasonal variations of coffee and factors for preserving quality.
h. Study of the green coffee market.
i. Study of decaf coffee.
j. More detailed study of coffee certification mechanisms.
k. Practical training in green coffee processing at a farm.

III. Tuition
Tuition fee: 1,200 USD.
- Tuition includes:
+ Cost of learning SCA Green Coffee Foundation & Intermediate
+ Hotel cost for 5 nights (Check-in 5th Jan - Check-out 10th January 2025) - room with 2 double beds. Students who want to stay in a single room will pay an additional 70 USD. If students do not want to stay with the group at the hotel but want to arrange their own accommodation, they will receive a discount of 90 USD on the original tuition fee.

Basic schedule: Students will be in Da Lat before 6 pm on Jan 5th, 2025 for the party, everyone will stay at the same hotel, and we will arrange a bus to pick up students daily.
